You have kept up with the latest AI headlines off and on. It’s become a bit more than you can handle and you’ve noticed that your general anxiety level is increasing. You know enough to understand it may be a coin toss on whether AI will save us or destroy us, and you go from being consumed by it one day to trying to ignore it the next.

I have good news and bad news. Let’s go ahead and get the bad news out of the way quickly. The genie is out of the bottle, and none of us can stop it or make it go away.

Now for the good news. Take a deep breathe and relax. I understand the anxiety you are feeling. I have felt it too, and some days I am like a yo-yo with how I feel about all of it, just like you. This is what makes us special… we are Humans. In many ways you are just like all of us!
